Fishmonger to visit Stuntney.
Michelle Harley from No 2 Stewards Close has sent this message.
Would just like to let you know that if anybody is interested, a fishmonger from Grimsby Fish Market will be in the village on Wednesdays around 1pm (approximately/hopefully). He is in the area on Wednesdays and visits Soham, Littleport, Witchford etc and I have managed to twist his arm to visit Stuntney. I would really like to make it worth him visiting so please pass on the news to friends and neighbours. He may initially come to my address as he hasn't been to the village before, however I have suggested he might like to park outside the recreation ground. Let me know what you think.
Kind Regards Michelle
He duly arrived on the 17th February and plans to come each Wednesday at the agreed time (webmaster)

Would you like to add a new dimension to your life? Have fun? Make new friends? Learn new skills? Meet like-minded people in a friendly atmosphere?
If the answer is YES then come along to Stuntney Social Club to one of our meetings held at 7.30 pm on the first Tuesday of each month to find out how becoming a member of the W I (Women’s Institute) could change your life.
It is hoped to enlarge the Stutney branch of this National Organisation by encouraging new members to join. There has been an Institute in Stuntney for almost 50 years so do put the date in your diary/on your calendar and come along to a meeting to find out more about how you can be part of it all.
