The present church at Stuntney was almost completely rebuilt in 1876 on the site of a much earlier building, going back to Norman times. An idea of the old building is given by the engraving shown below, dated 1806.


April 16th. The Chancel on Easter Sunday

THE STAINED GLASS WINDOWS

For a small Church Stuntney Holy Cross is particularly well endowed with five beautiful stained glass windows, three of which were erected by the Cole Ambrose family.

March 16th 2008. Ehe Ely Diocese announce the appointment of the Revd Alan Hulme as Team Rector of the Ely Team Ministry.
Alan is currently vicar at St Paul;'s South Harrow in the Diocese ofg London. He is married to Jane who is currently a non stipendiary minister in the same parish.
Jane has been appointed Associate Minister inthe Ely Team Ministry.
Alan and Jane have two sons Ben (20) and Sam (16),
The service of licensing will be held at 7.30 pm on the 22nd September 2008 at St Mary's Church Ely.
